Aunque son completamente inofensivos para los humanos, act\u00faan como descomponedores cr\u00edticos dentro del ecosistema. Los adultos ponen sus huevos en el suelo h\u00famedo y, una vez nacidas, las delgadas larvas blancas se alimentan de materia vegetal en descomposici\u00f3n, hongos y algas, devolviendo con \u00e9xito nutrientes vitales a la tierra. Como vuelan bastante mal, \u00a1me result\u00f3 mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil sacarles fotos! \ud83d\ude42 Me encontr\u00e9 con este cooperativo ejemplar mientras exploraba Nono, un peque\u00f1o pueblo en
