Dojrza\u0142e larwy gatunk\u00f3w takich jak <em>Sapromyzosoma quadricincta<\/em> s\u0105 wyj\u0105tkowo mi\u0119kkie i grzbietobrzusznie sp\u0142aszczone, co u\u0142atwia im poruszanie si\u0119 w ciasnych przestrzeniach warstwy opad\u0142ych li\u015bci.
