The first EPIET fellow based in Poland Hana Orlikova successfully graduated in November 2010, and her oral presentation was a really nice reflection of how much we learned together during her 2-years fellowship. She presented our study of 146 hospital units, which screened undiagnosed neuroinfections for tick-borne encephalitis (TBE). Some more elaborated results of this study were later published in the journal Parasites and Vectors.
