Since I began organizing bug safaris, I have interacted with thousands of insects and arachnids. However, I was able to photograph only about 10–20% of them, as most were constantly moving, hid when approached, or simply went unnoticed.
I have shared all photographs that were of acceptable quality. I chose to create one post per species, which means that some posts include images from multiple encounters, sometimes from locations far apart. I will gradually replace lower quality photos with better ones as I encounter representatives of the same species again and will update descriptions as necessary.
